The Calm Mama class is a 3 hour session for mums to be and mums of small (or large) children. There are classes for mums expecting their first babies, and seperate classes for mums who already have a child or children.
This fun, practical class teaches you easy and fast self-hypnosis / relaxation techniques to make the most of limited sleep, keep calm and balanced on challenging days, and find focus and mindfulness amidst the myriad of feelings that mothers face.
You don’t need to have any previous experience with self-hypnosis, meditation or relaxation – all you need is the desire to be relaxed and to feel positive.
Classes are designed for all types of mothers – whether you’re pregnant and expecting your first baby, or you already have a baby or toddler, or preschooler.
