This is the class that all mothers should do before they have their babies.

However, most mothers won’t realise they need it until they’re well down the track of being stuck in the tunnel of motherhood.

So, to prevent yourself from being stuck in the tunnel let me help you see that there is indeed plenty of light within the tunnel and I can teach you how to cope better with your ever changing and evolving journey.

The Calm Mama class is a 3 hour session for mums to be and mums of small (or large) children. There are classes for mums expecting their first babies, and seperate classes for mums who already have a child or children.

This fun, practical class teaches you easy and fast self-hypnosis / relaxation techniques to  make the most of limited sleep, keep calm and balanced on challenging days, and find focus and mindfulness amidst the myriad of feelings that mothers face.

You don’t need to have any previous experience with self-hypnosis, meditation or relaxation – all you need is the desire to be relaxed and to feel positive.

Classes are designed for all types of mothers – whether you’re pregnant and expecting your first baby, or you already have a baby or toddler, or preschooler.

  • Confidence building and Inspiration : for the tough times and the knocks we get as mothers

  • Mindfulness: how to appreciate the moment and work with whatever life is throwing at you.
